“I am going to jump off this cliff and there’s nothing you can do to stop me,” said Katie at every little ledge and step. She ended up jumping off about 20 “cliffs,” and survived.
At the ledge looking down into the Grand Canyon, we decided to climb up a little higher. It was a blast racing each other to the top and looking out over the wonderful view. Bekah and Jaclyn’s hair was sticking up on end and it was cool to look at, until we realized that it’s a sure sign of electricity in the air, lightning was on the way. We quickly got down and away from the edge, and after the jitters rolled off, we laughed. No lightning came that day.

Well Katie --- years ago Uncle Mike would tell me to stay up by the car, because I always felt like I would jump off the high places in Yellowstone. I'm glad yours were just SMALL jumps.
