The Smith farm, the log home, the cooper's shed were all wonderful. We walked around the Sacred Grove as the sun was going down. It was a very special experience to have the place where Joseph Smith saw God the Father and His son to ourselves, as a family. We also had the opportunity to tour the printing shop of the first 5000 original copies of the Book of Mormon. Before the sun went down we saw the Palmyra Temple from afar and went to the Hill Cumorah. We had seen all that we come to see and then some. What a special testimony confirming day.

So glad you were able to spend time in Palmyra -- I loved being in the upstairs bedroom that had so much significance -- and the Sacred Grove -- it makes the vision seem so much more real doesn't it?
