Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan were too beautiful to pass up, so we took the northern route to Niagra through Detroit, Windsor and across Ontario. Most of the time we didn't know we were outside the U.S. except at RV parks and grocery stores. We stayed near Windsor one night and then near Niagra Falls the second night. We had no idea that Niagra Falls Canada would be so packed with people and amusement. The falls were beautiful. Coming back through the border, the border patrol got in the RV and searched for additional passagers. Fortunately, everyone with us had a passport or birth certificate.

Hi Nyes,
Your trip sounds wonderful, but we do miss you! Did you know Brian was born not far from that giant tire in Dearborn? Katie and Jac, guess who your new seminary teacher is. Yup, me! Fun!
Have fun and be safe!
Love, Carol
Hi Nye Family,
This is such a great blog! I love all the photos and feel like I'm getting a little trip of my own just by reading about your adventures. Wow. You will never forget this great family adventure.
Wishing you a continued safe journey. See you when school starts!
Love, Nadine Pinkerton
I wish the "Maid of the Mist" wasn't so expensive for a family --- you would have loved it.
I loved Niagra --- but I'm sure in a motor home it was harder to be as excited about it.
